Converting Kodak Zi8 Files for use in iMovie and Final Cut

In order to convert Kodak Zi8 Files for use in iMovie and Final Cut Pro, these steps are to be followed:
1. Open MPEG-Streamclip
2. Open the file in the MPEG-Streamclip window
3. Export to Quicktime, from the "File" Menu
4. Ensure you math the settings; Frame Size 1280x720
5. Open Final Cut from the Dock by selecting the "Final Cut Pro" icon
6. Check your project settings
7. Adjust your settings in File menu and select easy setup
8. Adjust your project settings; Set your Format to Apple; Intermediate Codec with a Rate of 29.97 fps; Use - Apple Intermediate Codec 720p10
